Jean Davis

Executive director

Jean Davis is a member of the founding board and Executive Director of Ebenezer Christian Children’s Home.  Jean has been an integral part of the strategic planning and growth of the organization from its beginning.  Jean’s management has led the addition of residential care facilities in Wilkes County, and the addition of a second campus in Siler City, NC.  As Executive Director, Jean managed the opening of the Foster Care Program, which is thriving and continually licensing new families. Jean was instrumental in the opening of a local thrift store, Ebenezer’s Attic, which serves as a source of revenue for the organization. She consistently demonstrates her outstanding expertise as a leader, public figure, manager, fundraiser, and compassionate advocate for children.  Jean has been married to her husband, Andy, for over 45 years, and they currently live in North Wilkesboro.  Jean and Andy have two children and three grandchildren.  

 
 
 
 
 

Sherry Reeves

associate director

Sherry began her social work career at Wilkes County DSS in 1994.  Since 2000, Sherry currently serves ECCH as Associate Director.
Sherry has proven to be a community leader and servant of many charitable organizations. 
Sherry continually advocates for the children of Ebenezer Christian Children’s Home, and consistently upholds the mission and vision of the organization as part of senior management. Sherry has demonstrated consistent leadership and growth as part of senior management at Ebenezer Christian Children’s Home. 
Sherry is married to Fletcher Reeves, and they have two children.  Sherry and Fletcher adopted both of their children through the foster care system.
